The AW Training Center for Women offers specialized fitness course focused on pelvic floor muscle training. This intimate program enhances the health and functionality of pelvic floor muscles, which support the bladder, uterus, and rectum.
Pelvic floor muscle training includes Kegel exercises that contract and relax pelvic muscles, along with workouts for the lower abdomen, hips, and buttocks. The course also features yoga elements and lymphatic drainage techniques.

The Intimate Fitness Training includes:

step by step individual guidance on the pelvic floor and related muscles training plus the necessary theoretical knowledge base;

physical exercises for core and lower body part for different periods of the cycle;

The training is recommended for women, who:

are suffering from urological or gynecological diseases, for example, urinary incontinence, prolapse of pelvic organs, chronic diseases like candida, cystitis, vaginismus, etc;

experience pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse, unable to reach orgasm or relax, have low libido or high vaginal dryness;
